Welcome to Toshi’s Japanese Restaurant
A taste of Japan in the Southern Highlands
For over 40 years, Toshi San has been bringing authentic Japanese cuisine to the Southern Highlands. Our menu blends the rich traditions of Japanese gastronomy with the finest Australian produce and global influences to create food that is fresh, healthy and full of flavour.
At Toshi’s, we strive to create a dining experience that feels both special and welcoming. Guided by the Japanese saying Kuru mono kaeru ga gotoshi—”Relax like at home”—we hope every guest feels comfortable, cared for and at ease from the moment they arrive.
